To secure a reservation, clients may be required to pay a deposit between 30% and 50% of the total tour cost. The remaining balance must be paid before the tour begins as indicated in the booking confirmation.

All payments must be made within the timelines specified in the booking agreement.
Tour prices include only the services listed in the itinerary or booking confirmation. These may include accommodation, transportation, guide services, park entry fees, and activities specified in the travel package.
Prices do not include expenses such as international flights, visas, travel insurance, personal purchases, or optional activities not listed in the itinerary.
Prices may change due to changes in government fees, park permits, or other external factors before booking confirmation.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have all required travel documents including:
Valid passport
Travel visa where required
Vaccination certificates
Travel insurance
GA’ Mbindi Legacy Tours Ltd will not be responsible for any travel disruption caused by incomplete documentation.
Travelers are expected to respect local laws, cultural practices, and wildlife regulations during their trip.
Clients must follow the guidance of tour guides and staff to ensure safety and a positive experience for all participants.
Any behavior that threatens safety or disrupts the tour may result in removal from the tour without refund.
GA’ Mbindi Legacy Tours Ltd reserves the right to modify travel itineraries when necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or service availability.
In such cases, reasonable alternatives will be provided.
All cancellations and refunds are subject to our Cancellation Policy, which outlines the conditions and timelines for refunds and changes.
Travelers are encouraged to review the cancellation policy before making a booking.
