At GA’ Mbindi Legacy Tours Ltd, we strive to provide a smooth and reliable booking experience for all our travelers. The following policy outlines the terms and procedures related to booking our tours and travel services.
Bookings can be made through our website, email, phone, or through our authorized travel representatives. To confirm a reservation, travelers are required to provide accurate personal and travel information including:
Full name of travelers
Contact information
Preferred travel dates
Number of travelers
Selected tour package or destination
A booking is only considered confirmed once a deposit payment has been received and a confirmation message has been sent by GA’ Mbindi Legacy Tours Ltd.
To secure a booking, clients are required to pay a deposit of 30%–50% of the total tour cost at the time of reservation.
The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour as indicated in the booking confirmation.
For bookings made within 30 days of travel, full payment may be required at the time of booking.
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer
Mobile Money payments
Online payments through approved platforms
Other agreed payment methods
All payments must be made in the agreed currency stated on the invoice.
Once the deposit or full payment has been received, clients will receive a booking confirmation which includes:
Tour itinerary
Payment receipt
Travel details
Important trip information
Clients are encouraged to review their booking confirmation and report any errors immediately.
Tour prices are based on the services listed in the itinerary. These may include:
Accommodation
Transportation
Tour guide services
Park entry fees
Activities mentioned in the itinerary
Prices generally do not include:
International flights
Travel visas
Travel insurance
Personal expenses
Optional activities not listed in the itinerary
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documents, including:
Valid passport
Visa (where applicable)
Vaccination certificates
Travel insurance documentation
GA’ Mbindi Legacy Tours Ltd cannot be held responsible for denied entry due to incomplete documentation.
Travelers with special requirements such as dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, or medical conditions should inform us during the booking process. While we will make every effort to accommodate such requests, they cannot always be guaranteed.
If a client wishes to modify their booking, they must notify us as soon as possible. Changes may include travel dates, number of travelers, or itinerary adjustments. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.
GA’ Mbindi Legacy Tours Ltd reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to travel itineraries when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, government regulations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
